Terms & Conditions – Sabaariya

1. General

  • These terms apply to all transactions between Sabaariya (“Seller”) and its clients (“Buyer”).
  • By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Product & Pricing

  • All products are sold as per specification agreed at the time of order.
  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and subject to revision without prior notice.
  • GST @18% applies unless otherwise exempted.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Full payment is required upon invoicing unless credit terms are pre-approved in writing.
  • Payments must be made via bank transfer, cheque, or other approved methods.

4. Delivery & Lead Time

  • Delivery timelines will be mutually agreed at the time of order.
  • Sabaariya is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, logistics issues).

5. Returns & Replacements

  • Products once delivered will only be eligible for replacement if found defective or not matching agreed specifications.
  • Claims must be reported within 5 working days of delivery with supporting evidence.

6. CSR and Tax Documentation

  • Where products are sold in collaboration with charitable organizations (e.g., Drishty Rotary), necessary documentation such as 80G donation receipts and CSR impact reports will be provided.
  • Sabaariya does not guarantee specific tax outcomes; clients should consult their tax advisor.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Sabaariya name, logo, and associated materials are proprietary and may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Sabaariya’s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. It shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City, e.g., New Delhi].

10. Sustainability & Ethics

  • Sabaariya is committed to ethical sourcing and empowering local communities. All buyers are encouraged to align with this vision in their procurement approach.
